My Journey
Stephanie Fluger doesn't wait for the system to catch up.
She's a founder, speaker, and advocate who has spent over a decade building what didn't exist — first as the founder of Connection Therapy Clinic, one of South Orange County's leading pediatric therapy practices, and now as the founder of Travel with Autism, a platform redefining what's possible for neurodivergent families around the world.
She's a mom. And that's where everything starts.
Stephanie knows firsthand what it feels like to be handed a diagnosis and a list of limitations. She chose to build something different instead. Twice. Her work sits at the intersection of family, advocacy, and real-world inclusion — and she brings that lens to every stage, every conversation, and every family she works with.
She consults with organizations and schools who are ready to move past good intentions. She speaks to audiences who are tired of surface-level DEI and actually want to understand neurodivergent culture, travel, and life.
Her strength isn't a credential. It's that she's lived it, built from it, and refuses to make it smaller than it is.

I created the place I once begged the system to offer me.
A clinic built for the kids who don’t fit the mold — and the parents who refuse to give up on them.

I love travel — and I wasn’t going to let my fears and anxiety take that from us.
Making adventure accessible for families who were told to stay home.

I built this for the version of me who was crying in the car after another school call.
For the parent who just need answers and support knowing that they're Neurodiverse Affirming and not fear mongering.
